To use, turn on the motor and start sharpening on one one side sliding from left to right using the guide, when a small burr appears you can switch to the other side. Try to sharpen both sides equally. After sharpening, apply polishing compound to polishing wheel and start polishing from left to right at least 10 times on each side of knife.
