Introducing Aqua-harp’s new knife sharpener and polisher! This machine delivers a simple, fast, and easy professional convex edge that polishes to a mirror finish. This is a variable speed machine. A lower speed will make bevel higher and a higher speed will to the opposite. The wheel itself will shape the convex edge without any particular angle. To use turn on the motor and start sharpening on one one side sliding from left to right, when a small burr appears you can switch to the other side. Try to sharpen both sides equally. After sharpening, apply polishing compound to polishing wheel and start polishing from left to right at switch sides.
